KPSC Thulasi Kerala Public Service Commission ka ek single-window online system hai jo January 2012 mein launch hua tha. Iska naam "Thulasi" rakha gaya — ek open-source E-Governance initiative ke taur par.

PSC Thulasi Candidate Login kaise kare
Thulasi portal login ke liye aapke paas ek valid User ID aur Password hona chahiye jo OTR registration ke time create hua tha.
Step 1: Official Portal Open karo
Browser mein open karo: https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ Always direct URL use karo — search ads ya third-party links se phishing ka risk rehta hai.
Step 2: Login Section locate karo
Homepage ke right side mein "Registered User Login" / "Candidate Login" section dikhega.
Step 3: User ID enter karo
Apna User ID type karo. User ID case-sensitive hai — exact same case use karo jo registration mein rakha tha.
Step 4: Password enter karo
Apna Password enter karo. Password bhi case-sensitive hai.
Step 5: Access Code (Captcha) enter karo
Screen par dikhne wala captcha carefully enter karo — uppercase aur lowercase exact match karo.
Step 6: Login Button click karo
"Login" button press karo. Successful login ke baad "My Profile" dashboard open hoga.
Login Tips:
- Session end karne ke baad hamesha Logout button use karo — warna "Multi User Access Not Allowed" error aa sakta hai.
- User ID aur Password kisi ke saath share mat karo.
- Apna User ID KPSC se sabhi future communications mein quote karo.
PSC Thulasi Forgot Password / Password Reset
PSC Thulasi password reset ke 4 methods hain — sabse fast hai SMS method.
Method 1: Online Forgot Password (ID Proof Method)
Step 1: Login Page par jao
https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ open karo.
Step 2: "Forgot Password?" link click karo
Login form ke neeche yeh link milega.
Step 3: Details fill karo
User ID, Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY), aur registration mein use kiya gaya ID Proof number enter karo. Captcha bhi fill karo.
Step 4: Reset button click karo
System password reset kar dega. Default reset password usually pehle 6 characters of User ID + date of birth hota hai.
Step 5: Immediately password change karo
Login karke turant naya strong password set karo.

PSC Thulasi registration bilkul free hai — koi bhi fee nahi lagti.

Step 1: Registration Page open karo
Visit: https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ > "One Time Registration" / "New Registration" click karo.
Step 2: Declaration agree karo
Photo specifications confirm karke "I AGREE" tick karo aur "NEXT" click karo.
Step 3: Photograph upload karo
JPG photo browse karo — upload successful hone par KPSC watermark ke saath photo right side mein dikhegi. Error aaye to portal ke GENERAL tab mein "RESIZE PHOTOGRAPH/SIGNATURE" tool use karo.
Step 4: Signature upload karo
Scanned signature JPG upload karo (150x100 px, max 30 KB).
Step 5: Personal Details fill karo
Full name (SSLC certificate ke anusaar), DOB, Gender, Religion, Caste, Father/Mother/Guardian name, Nationality, Native District/Taluk, Local Body details fill karo.
Step 6: Communication Details fill karo
Permanent aur communication address, District, Taluk, Village, PIN code enter karo.
Step 7: Email aur Mobile Number enter karo
Bahut carefully enter karo — KPSC is number/email par User ID aur Password bhejta hai.
Step 8: Educational Qualifications fill karo
SSLC se lekar highest qualification tak — Board/University, Year, Percentage/CGPA, Register Number.
Step 9: User ID aur Password create karo
- User ID: 6-15 characters, unique (system "Available" show karega)
- Password: minimum 8 characters, alphanumeric + special characters
- Security Question set karo
- Captcha enter karo, "I Agree" tick karo, "Next" click karo.
Step 10: Preview aur Submit karo
Saari details ek baar check karo — submit ke baad corrections mushkil hain. "Submit" click karo.
Step 11: Confirmation SMS/Email receive karo
Registered mobile par User ID aur password SMS mein aa jayega.

Exam Confirmation aur Hall Ticket Download
Step 1: Login karo
https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ par User ID aur Password se login karo.
Step 2: "Confirmation for Exams" tab click karo
Active confirmation calls dikhenge.
Step 3: Confirm karo
Last date se pehle "Confirm" button press karo — yeh mandatory step hai.
Step 4: Hall Ticket download karo
Confirmation ke baad "Admission Ticket" download option activate ho jayega. PDF download karo aur print rakho.
Warning: Jo candidates exam confirmation miss kar dete hain, woh exam mein appear nahi ho sakte — chahe application successfully submitted ho.
Profile Update kaise kare
Photo Change (Year mein max 3 baar)
Step 1: Login karo aur "My Profile" mein jao
Step 2: "Change Photograph" option click karo
Step 3: New photo upload karo

Step 4: Save karo
Important (2026 Rule): Agar aapki photo 2016 se pehle upload hui thi, to nayi photo upload karna mandatory hai — warna "Apply Now" button disabled rehega.
Signature, Address, Mobile Number Update
Dashboard mein respective tabs se update karo — Mobile number update ke liye OTP verification hoga.
Personal Details (Name, DOB) Change
Personal details directly online edit nahi ho sakti. "Registration Card" > "Print Correction Request Form" download karo aur PSC office mein submit karo.
