Ingredients of Maggi Noodles

  • 2 TSP Oil
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 TSP Capsicum
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 2 TSP Sweet Corn
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1/2 TSP Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Pack Maggi Noodles
  • 1 Pack Tastemaker
  • 2 TBSP Coriander

How to Make Masaledar Masala Maggi Recipe

  • Firstly in pan heat 2 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic and 1/2 onion.
  • Add 1/2 carrot, 2 tbsp capsicum, 1/2 tomato and 2tbsp sweet corn.
  • Saute until the vegetable turn crunchy.
  • Further add 1/4 tsp turmeric , 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt and saute until the spices turn aromatic.
  • Add 1 cup of water and get to a boil.
  • Now bread 1 pack of maggi noodles roughly and add 1 pack of tastemaker
  • Mix well and boil for 2 minutes or until noodles cook well.
  • Finally, add 2 tsp coriander and enjoy masaledar maggi.

Tips to Mastering Maggi Recipe in 2 Minutes

  • Start by boiling four cups of water,1 tsp of salt, 2 packets of maggi in a saucepan. when the water boils add maggi masala into it and other additonal spices according to the taste.
  • Then kept it for 2 minutes in pan and leave for 2 minutes.
  • After that switch off the gas and leave the pan for 2 minutes.
  • After that it is ready to serve .
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
