Go to the official Genshin Impact Code Redemption Page.
Log in using your HoYoverse account credentials.
Select Your Server
Choose the server where your main character is located (America, Europe, Asia, or TW/HK/MO). Your Character Nickname should pop up automatically.
Enter the Code
Paste your code into the "Redemption Code" box and hit Redeem.
Claim In-Game Mail
Launch Genshin Impact, open your Paimon Menu, and check your mailbox to claim your free Primogems! (Mails typically expire after 30 days, so claim them quickly).
Method 2: Redeeming In-Game (PC/Mobile/PlayStation)
If you are already playing, you don't need to open your browser:
- Press
Escon PC, tap the Paimon icon on mobile, or pressOptionson PlayStation to open the Paimon Menu. - Click on the gear icon to open Settings.
