Troubleshooting: Why Codes Fail to Work
If you receive an error when submitting a code, check this troubleshooting matrix for the underlying cause:
| Error Symptom | Common Cause | Actionable Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Level Requirement Error | Character level is below the required threshold (Level 10, 20, or 50). | Clear additional story acts and infinite mode waves to level up before attempting redemption. |
| Cannot Find Code Menu | Looking for a screen icon rather than the physical circle. | Walk into the glowing blue circle in the central lobby plaza in front of the stairs. |
| Invalid Code Prompt | Typo, lowercase letters, or accidental trailing spaces. | Use the copy button above to paste the exact uppercase code string. |
| Already Redeemed | Code was previously claimed on your Roblox account. | Promotional codes are strictly single-use per profile; test another active code from the table. |
